    Very good

It was obvious that the staff really cared and wanted to make our stay as good as it possibly could be. The atmosphere is really pleasant. I enjoyed the fact that this is an independent, individual motel. I especially loved the old-style look of the bathroom - in great condition, perfectly clean and well maintained.

The wifi didn't work as well as it should have done.

    Location was adequate

The pool was being "cleaned" the entire time we were there over Memorial Day weekend. When I asked for 2 extra bathtowels, I felt like I was going to have to give up my first born child in exchange. The towels they had were rough and I dreaded using them on my sunburned skin. The bathroom had minimal space and I was grateful that I lost 5 lbs. recently, otherwise I wouldn't have fit in the shower. The entire room was dated with fitted sheets that were constantly coming off the bed.

    Good

    The staff was pleasant.

The room and facility were very dated. Finding a place to park was difficult. For a retired couple on their first adventure, I would rate it passable, but probably wouldn't go back.

    Very good

Room was clean, great lighting, good heat and A/C controls. The lady on duty at check out was friendly and efficient.

The clerk at check in was very curt and not customer friendly. Spent most of her time telling me what I could not do while there rather than asking how she might help make my stay more pleasant. Could understand this if I was a biker or hiker but I'm 72 & just want a nice place to stay.

    Fabulous

Free starbucks coffee from the reception, available all day. Free WiFi. Very clean and tidy.Good breakfast. National Parks are close by.

Brown bedding is very 70's and not nice to look at, Walls are thin. A fair walk into town.

    Good

A clean motel, good value for price and location. Good breakfast included. No more, no less than this.

    Good

The manager was very friendly & informative.

The faded, worn, brown patterned bed linen was not very pleasing. The room was quite dark. The sound-proofing was very inadequate. The whole place was very basic.

    Superb

This little one story motel was built in 1956 and was like taking a step back in history! The room was just what we needed for a couple of nights - a clean, functional place to stay as we explored the area. Things were clean and relatively new looking, breakfast was plentiful and the homemade bread a treat, and the location was great. The front desk man was excellent - knowledgeable and ready to do whatever he could to make our stay pleasant, whether it meant bringing out the snacks for late arrivals or helping us figure out the best routes. We took the money we saved on the hotel and had a really nice dinner at sunset at Red Cliffs Lodge and couldn't have been happier.

Don't know how they could improve it for the price!!

    Exceptional

The staff helped us get a room that was better suited to our needs without charging us extra money. Very helpful and friendly.

    Superb

Nice bed, clean room, older motel style but updated quite well. The Mexican restaurant adjacent was good.

It's not a fancy hotel, but very clean, hospitable, and excellent value.

Very good value for money - nice room

Breakfast is minimal - but ok for this price

Pretty good location. Near Arches, near to town but still one would probably drive to the cafes and shops. The best part of Inca is the Mexican restaurant a few steps away, La Hacienda. Great food, friendly and helpful staff.

A bit far from town, cramped parking, hideous breakfast of sugary cereal and hunks of break.

    Very good

easy to find helpful staff close to town centre, shops and cafes

    Good

The breakfast is very poor. Walls are too thin: we could here people talking in the next room.
